- 1/4 cup heavy cream

- Red and brown M&Ms for noses

Instructions:
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, sift together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- Combine Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk the buttermilk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Combine Mixtures: Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fill and Bake: Fill each cupcake liner two-thirds full with batter. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow to cool completely.
- Prepare Frosting: In a mixing bowl, beat the butter until creamy. Gradually add the powdered sugar and cocoa powder, alternating with the heavy cream. Beat until smooth. Stir in vanilla extract.

- Decorate: Place two pretzels at the top for antlers, add candy eyes, and use an M&M for the nose (red for Rudolph, brown for other reindeer).
